‘bout Time! is celebrating the second day of spring this Sunday at the Campbell Farmer’s Market (Campbell Ave at Central). It's one of our favorite markets. Come out and do some shopping and stop by for some bluegrass.
Join us at Mission Pizza in Fremont Saturday night for an evening of bluegrass. We'll be playing from 7:00 to 10:00. If you haven't been to Mission Pizza, it's a great place to eat Pizza and DRINK BEER! They pride themselves on their wide selection of carefully selected beers and California wines. The KKUP gig was great. They have a new studio and Mike Russell was kind enough to invite us over. We were on the air for about an hour and ended up playing just about a full set. Thanks for the opportunity Mike!
We just received our 2010 Urban Village Farmers' Market dates for the markets that operate year round. The dates are now posted on our website. We'll post the seasonal market dates when they're available. The winter gigs can be a little iffy depending on the weather. We won't let the cold stop us but it might slow us down a bit. Isn't it nice living in California?
Or should we say listen there? 'bout Time will be on KKUP - 91.5 FM's Monday Night Bluegrass Show from 7:30 to 8:30 PM on the 14th of December. If you live in the South Bay, Santa Cruz or Monterey Bay areas you should be able to pick us up.
