‘bout Time! is playing this Sunday at Maltby’s 101 Plaza North, Los Altos, California (near the corner of State & Fourth Streets) from 1:30 – 5:30.
The occasion is the Los Altos Art and Wine Festival outside and great beers, greater food and some mighty fine bluegrass on the inside. We go on right after the World Cup final and we promise to keep the party going.
So stop by and say howdy!
Join us this week for two appearances for the Los Altos Relay for Life.
The first is a fundraiser at Maltby’s Restaurant and Tavern on Thursday June 10 beginning at 5:00. ‘bout Time ! will be playing a couple of sets of bluegrass. There will be “celebrity” bartenders and some special guest Olympic athletes on hand for this fun evening to raise some money for the Relay for Life. Maltby’s has great food and a full service bar with a great selection of draft beers.
On Saturday June 12 we will be playing at the Relay for Life at Egan Middle School from 2:30 to 3:30 PM. Come on out and participate in this great event for a great cause and listen to some ‘bout Time! bluegrass while you run or walk your laps. Let us know you are there and we can give your team a shout out!

‘bout Time! is celebrating the second day of spring this Sunday at the Campbell Farmer’s Market (Campbell Ave at Central). It's one of our favorite markets. Come out and do some shopping and stop by for some bluegrass.
Join us at Mission Pizza in Fremont Saturday night for an evening of bluegrass. We'll be playing from 7:00 to 10:00. If you haven't been to Mission Pizza, it's a great place to eat Pizza and DRINK BEER! They pride themselves on their wide selection of carefully selected beers and California wines. The KKUP gig was great. They have a new studio and Mike Russell was kind enough to invite us over. We were on the air for about an hour and ended up playing just about a full set. Thanks for the opportunity Mike!
We just received our 2010 Urban Village Farmers' Market dates for the markets that operate year round. The dates are now posted on our website. We'll post the seasonal market dates when they're available. The winter gigs can be a little iffy depending on the weather. We won't let the cold stop us but it might slow us down a bit. Isn't it nice living in California?
Or should we say listen there? 'bout Time will be on KKUP - 91.5 FM's Monday Night Bluegrass Show from 7:30 to 8:30 PM on the 14th of December. If you live in the South Bay, Santa Cruz or Monterey Bay areas you should be able to pick us up.
